Today Abbott’s Limo wants to discuss some Berkshire culture, Pittsfield’s Colonial Theater, Great Barrington’s Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center, Lenox’s Shakespeare & Co.; these are just three of the dozens of world-class cultural venues providing year-round events and entertainment in The Berkshires. And while the summer months offer up the peak of activity and variety in the cultural calendar, the aforementioned three, and many others, keep the action going throughout the calendar year.
Abbott’s Limousine believes this year is no exception. In fact, the quality bar seems to be rising each year as Berkshire County becomes a more desirable venue for performers.

For example, Shakespeare & Co., in Lenox, began a 7-week run of the play “The Learned Ladies” on Friday, February 3rd. The classic tale by Moliere is being directed by Shakespeare & Company’s Founding Artistic Director, Tina Packer and features numerous Company veterans in the cast.
