Abbot’s limousine declares Summer has officially arrived, it’s warming up but not getting too hot in the Berkshires and our paradise awaits you. With July 4th on a Wednesday this year many visitors (and locals) will be able to enjoy an extended vacation this year.
There is so much to do in the Berkshires of Massachusetts at this time of year. You could, for example, hike Monument Mountain first thing in the morning, zip up to Pittsfield for the July 4th parade, have a peaceful kayak adventure on Cheshire Lake in the afternoon and still get to Tanglewood, in Lenox, to see James Taylor perform his annual concert in the evening. And that’s all just in one day!
The Arts & Crafts Festival season also gets off to a big start this weekend (July 6,7, & 8) with the 2012 Berkshire Arts Festival on the grounds of Ski Butternut on Route 23 in Great Barrington. Now in its 11th year, the Festival features over 200 artists and, with quality food and entertainment mixed in, makes for a delightful day in the area.
On Independence Day Abbott’s Livery and Limousine wants to take an opportunity to thank all of our customers for choosing and trusting Abbott’s to assist with your transportation services into, out of, and all around the Berkshires. Last year we were at Tanglewood in Lenox MA.
Whatever your needs are, and wherever you are going along the East Coast, from Boston to Washington, Abbott’s Livery and Limousine Service stands at the ready to get you there in executive comfort. We look forward to seeing you soon.
